Many filmmakers feel small and unstable the grip on Beaulieu 4008. They are right: what is beautiful about this grip is lost in stability when mounting the camera over a tripod.
In response to this request, expressed by several clients of this site, we got down to work with some sketches that were improved until we got a stabilizer attachable to the Beaulieu 4008 grip, which fits perfectly, achieving a wider base (47×55 mm), and allowing to continue using the original 1/4” thread. It’s made of polyamide, with 3D printing. This accessory will be included with some high-end Beaulieu 4008 models for sale on this website.
