Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We generally use Correos (Spanish Post service) for shipments.
IMPORTANT: due to the high restrictions of many couriers who refuse to carry any kind of batteries, all Beaulieu cameras will be shipped by Spanish Post service (available shipment by DHL, see prices below). Beaulieu battery kits will be shipped anywhere by Spanish Post service.
ABOUT SHIPMENTS TO UNITED KINGDOM: Due the Brexit, there’s problems with many couriers to ship goods to UK. United Kingdom does not appear in the destination countries of UPS’ website. DHL has many restrictions, and seems it’s unsafe to ship by this company (they claim problems with the zip code, or they do not have delivery in several areas: this happened before). Due these reasons, any kind of purchases with United Kingdom as destination, will be shipped by Correos.
Insured shipments are available under requirement of customers. Cost depending item’s price and weight/size of packages.
Free worldwide shipping cost for purchases over 1100€ (1400€ if customer uses installment payment https://www.testedsuper8cameras.com/payment-policy/).

**: Beaulieu cameras and Beaulieu battery kits are not allowed by UPS, due the battery.
